NYFW – Son Jung Wan + Backstage

You can read this post listening to my NYFW playlist on Spotify.

I am loving this season of Fashion Week in NYC. One of the most incredibles runway shows of this season was the Son Jung Wan A/W 2017. The Son Jung Wan brand was born in 1989 when the founder and creative director opened a store near to Galleria Department Store, growing up her brand till this actual moment. In 2005 she was named “Designer of the Year” by Seoul Metropolitan.

For this autumn/winter season the brand brought to the catwalk a powerful collection using different materials and a lot of pastel colors (that I love), going through more neutral colors like beige, black, white and brown.

I’ve been received a few backstage invitation, for this show I was invited too, see everything with exclusivity is always amazing and I love bring everything to my blog with more exclusivity.

Backstage photos taken by me.

The mix of textures and fabrics in this collection was the high point for me, loved the furry details and the leather clippings, giving this contrasting with the other materials.

Don’t forget to follow my blog through this week, I still have a lot of posts about the New York Fashion Week 2016/2017 season for you all.
